Be my anchor
When my heart is weary,
When rocky shores threaten my dreams
When raging waters splash over me
Lord, be my anchor, my refuge in the storm.
Be my anchor, be my refuge.
When I fail to see in the driving rain,
Open my eyes to see you.
Be my anchor, be my refuge.
When all around me is fearsome and gray,
Open my eyes to see you.
When worries spin around me
When the cares of life surge high around,
When I’m tossed in the open sea,
Lord, be my anchor, my refuge in the storm.

Beautiful true words. You are in my prayers. Many Blessings, Janie Marie
Wow, thanks so much. Your poem was a real blessing!
Thank you Betty and Janie Marie. I was on an all-time low yesterday and that's when these words happened. Strange how life turns out. Thinking of both of you and praying! God bless! :-)
Thanks Colleen for visiting my blog. Am glad God used my words to bless you. I continue to stand amazed at how things turn out when one is at his/her lowest ebb. :-) Have a lovely day and God bless.
